General Construction/Carpentry Nails

    1. Common Nail The common nails feature a flat head with a smooth and diamond point. They are most often used in general construction, framing and other carpentry projects. Each carpentry nail is made of steel and is available in different lengths and head diameters, as well as different varieties to meet all of your requirements.
    1. Green Vinyl Sinker Nail The green vinyl sinker nails feature a flat, countersunk head with a smooth shank and diamond point. The VC coating on the framing nails lubricates the wood and holds tight, even in framing applications.
    1. Bright Box Nail The bright box nails feature a flat head with a smooth and diamond point. They are most often used in construction crates and boxes, as well as light construction and carpentry work.
    1. Bright Joist Hanger Nail / Truss Nail The bright hoist hangar truss nails feature a flat head with a barbed shank and a diamond point. They are most often used for attaching truss plates and other hardware when building roof trusses and other framing applications.
    1. Bright Duplex Nail The bright duplex nails feature a double flat head with a smooth shank and diamond point. They are driven into the wood to the lower head in order to allow easy removal from temporary structures such as framework and scaffolding.
    1. Bright Finish Nail The bright finish nails feature a countersunk head with a smooth shank and diamond point. The small cupped head allows for countersinking below the wood’s surface for later filling, giving a smooth appearance to finishing carpentry and trim.
    1. Bright Ring Shank Pole Barn Nail (T.H.S.) The bright ring shank pole barn nail features a flat head with a ringed shank and diamond point. Unlike other nails, the pole barn nail is made of a high carbon steel, making it useful for post frame construction and other heavy duty applications. For more information, please see the chart below.
    1. Fluted Masonry Nail The fluted masonry nails feature a flat head with a fluted shank and diamond point, making it especially useful for nailing lumber to concrete or masonry. Made from spring steel wire, these masonry nails are tempered and feature a bright finish.
    1. Cut Masonry Nail The hardened steel cut masonry nails are ideal for attaching wood to cinder block walls and fresh concrete. The blunt point and tapered shank offer minimal spalling during penetration, and offer a greater pull-out resistance than wire masonry nails.
    1. Bright Spike Nail The bright spike nails are used to attach wood to masonry and fresh concrete. For more information, please see the chart below.
